If you need to temporarily stop additional spots from being booked within a specific session you can follow the steps below.
When bookings are paused any previously-booked session spots will remain unchanged, and emails will continue to send for them, but no additional spots within the session can be booked.
Bookings can be re-enabled for the session at any time.
- From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Booking » Sessions.
- Locate and click on the session you want to pause.
- Click on Pause Session Bookings at the bottom of the page.
- To resume booking sessions locate and click on the paused session and click Enable Session Bookings at the top of the page.
How will your clients see it?
When your clients view the booking page they will see a note saying: Booking are currently paused. They will not be able to select any of the sessions.
