Your company details, including your name, email, url, etc. can be adjusted through the Account Details page. More details related to the items that can be adjusted through this page can be found below:
Where To Find It
- From the main menu click on your name or logo in the upper left corner.
- Click Account Details.
Account Info
Storefront URL - This is the URL that leads to your client galleries. You can email this URL to your clients when they are looking for their gallery, and you can use it as a link on your own website to send your visitors to your Instaproofs storefront.

Subscription Plan - This area shows the name of the subscription that you're currently enrolled in, when it renews, and how much space you are currently using.
Referral Link - Every photographer that creates an Instaproofs account and lists you as their referrer earns you 3GB of additional storage space on your account. Additionally, the people that list you as their referrer will also receive an additional 2GB of storage on their accounts.
They may either manually provide your name in the "Referred By" box during the signup process, or they can signup through this custom referral link.
Storefront Alias - A storefront alias allows your clients to access your galleries through your own website address. For example, instead of http://tutorial.instaproofs.com you could have your clients visit http://proofs.yourwebsite.com instead.

Email Address/Username - This is the email address that you will use as your login name to log into your Instaproofs account. We may also send communications to this email address from time to time.
Contact First Name/Contact Last Name - This should be the first and last name of the person that you'd like Instaproofs, and your clients, to contact when there is a question related to your account, your galleries, or the orders that have been placed through your galleries.
Password - You can click the Change Password box to change your password.
Company Info
Company Name - If applicable, this area should contain the name that you will be doing business under. If you do not provide a company name, your contact name will be used in its place on your automated emails, etc.
Company Email Address - This is the email address that is shown on your storefront and that is used for your client communications. It can be the same as your username, or it can be something different.
Additional Email Address - Optional additional email address to send order notification emails to.
Company URL - If you have a business website, providing your website's URL will allow us to add a link to your website from within your galleries.
Facebook URL, Twitter Username, Instagram Username - Your social media information. Providing this information will allow us to add links to your social media account from within your galleries.
Day and Evening Phone - Your Day Phone Number is displayed on your storefront as a contact option for your clients, and your Evening Phone Number is kept private and is only used if Instaproofs needs to contact you and you aren't reachable through the Day Phone.
Company Address - Your business address should be listed within this area. If you do not have a business address, your mailing address should be provided in its place.
Managed Accounts
Managed accounts allow you to provide limited, permission-based access to your Instaproofs account to other people. Please see this link for more details. 
Merchant Account
A Stripe merchant account is required for selling your photography through Instaproofs. You will connect your Stripe account here for payment processing.
