You can add a contract template to your booking session using the instructions below.
Create a Booking Contract Template
"Booking" contract templates can be used outside of our booking system, but they are primarily intended for session booking. These types of templates cannot contain blanks and their variables are limited to only the items found within the "variables" droplist within the editor.
To create a Booking Contract Template follow these steps
- From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Contracts » Contract Templates.
- Click on Create New Custom Contract Template.
- Click on Booking Contract Template.
- Add a Title and Subtitle and fill in the details of the contract template with the help of the Dynamic Content area.

Every contract requires at least two signatures (yours and your client's). The signature area will automatically be added underneath the body of the contract. If you do not currently have a signature on file in your account you can add that on this Contact Signature page.

Once you have entered all of your information click Save Contract Template.
Add a Contract Template to a Booking Session
Now that you have created a contract template you can add that to your booking session, here's how to do that.
Add a Booking Contract Template to a New Session Type
- Create a new session type using this tutorial.
- In the Contracts & Questionnaires section click the drop down for Booking Contract Template and choose your desired template.
- The Booking Contract Templates will be added to the Booking Sessions you create from this point forward.
Edit a Session Type
- From the main menu click on Studio & Clients »Booking » Session Types
- Locate your session type and click on it to edit the settings.
- In the Contracts & Questionnaires section click the drop down box for Booking Contract Template and choose your desired template.
- Click Save.
Add a Booking Contract Template to a previously created session
- From the main menu click on Studio & Clients »Booking » Booking Sessions.
- Locate your session and click on it to edit the settings.
- Click on Modify the Session Details.
- In the Contract & Questionnaire section click the drop down box for Booking Contract Template and choose your desired template.
- Click Save.
How will your clients see this?
When your clients book a session they will see the contract and be required to sign it before they can complete the booking.
Once confirmed they will see a details page with a View Contract link. The client can click on that to see the contract information and the signatures. Your clients will also receive an email where they can see that details page and the View Contract link.

You can also view the contract details and signatures.
For a Multi-Session
- From the main menu click on Booking » Booking Sessions.
- Locate your session and click on it.
- Click on a booked spot.
- Click View Signed Contract next to Contract to see the details.
For a Single-Session
- From the main menu click on Booking » Booking Sessions.
- Locate your session and click on it.
- In the Contract, Questionnaire & Emails section click View Signed Contract next to Contract Template to see the details.
