To get a better feel for how a specific print size will look in a variety of settings, your clients can view their images within a series of preloaded room scenes (that you've selected). Here's how to set that up:
Setting it up
- From the Main Menu click on Selling » Selling Preferences.
- Click on Sizing Scenes.
- Choose your Image Measurement Unit
When creating purchase options, you are asked to provide sizing details for your prints. Are your sizes generally provided in inches or in centimeters?
If you've imported product options from our lab partners, those measurement units were imported as inches unless you've manually converted them to centimeters.
Important: All of of your sizes must be defined using the same measurement unit or the example scenes will display incorrectly. If you are unsure, please check your purchase options before enabling any of the scenes below.
- Select up to 5 scenes in the Scene Selection area.
Once selected, your clients will be able to view their images in each of the offered sizes within the selected scenes. Selecting a mixture of large and small rooms/scenes is advised. The Longest Print Edge for each scene is shown in the selection area for your convenience in selecting the right scene's for the images in your gallery. - Click Save Preferences.
How will your clients see it?
When your client adds an item to their shopping cart they will see a Print Size Preview button at the top. Clicking that button will enable them to view the scenes that you have selected.
Your clients can click the arrows at the top to cycle through each of the sizes you offer. As they cycle through the sizes, the display will update to show how the current size might fit within the selected scene. They can also click to view a scene of their choice at the bottom of the page, if more than one scene is available to them. When they are finished viewing the size previews they can simply click the X to return back to the purchase screen.
