If your client has paid for all or part of their photo session offline you can add a record of that payment to the booking details by following the steps outlined below:
- From the main menu click on Studio & Clients » Booking » Sessions.
- Click on the name of your session,
- If this is a multi session, scroll to the Scheduled Session Spots and click on the spot that your client has Booked. If this is single session, simply scroll down to the area labeled Session Details.
- Click on the blue number next to the Paid label.
- Click Add Offline Payment.
- Enter the amount, any notes, the payment date and then click Save.
And that will do it!
