Questionnaires are sets of questions that you create in order to get more details from your clients during the inquiry and/or booking process.
Navigate to the Questionnaires page through the main navigation menu by clicking on Booking » Questionnaires.
Creating a Questionnaire
Questionnaires can be created by clicking the Create Questionnaire button at the top of the page. Before adding questions to the questionnaire, you'll be asked to give it a Name and a Client Note. The name is only seen by you, and the client note is optional.
Once the name and client note have been provided, clicking the Next button will allow you to begin adding questions to the form. Simply choose the type of questions you would like to ask, and add your question to the box next to it. There are several question types to select from, including:
- Short Text
- Long Text
- Multiple Options
- Yes or No
Add as many type of questions as you'd like, mark them required if an answer is required, and then click Save once you are finished.
Using Your Questionnaires
After the questionnaire has been created, you can then assign it to either your Sessions and/or Session Types through their details pages, or you can send it as a Standalone Questionnaire. When a prospective client fills out an inquiry form or completes the booking process they'll be asked whatever questions you've included in the questionnaire, and you'll be provided the details via email and through the administrative interface.
If you would like to send a questionnaire to your client without having to go through the full booking process you can follow this tutorial to set that up and send it to your client.
Once you have created your questionnaires you will have some options that go with those.
You can find those by going to Booking > Questionnaires. Next to your chosen questionnaire click the Options box to see the following options.
