The inquiries that you receive through your leads page can be viewed through the Client Inquiries page found within the Booking section of your admin site. In addition to this, you will also receive an email with the inquiry details each time an inquiry is sent.
Getting Started
Navigate to the Leads Page through the main navigation menu by clicking on Booking » Client Inquiries.
Client Inquiry List
The Client Inquiries page contains a list of the inquiries that you've received through your Leads Page.
From the list of inquires you can do any of the following:
- View the Inquiry - Viewing the inquiry will show you the contact information for whoever sent the request, along with any comments they made within it. Additionally, if a Questionnaire was associated with the inquiry, the answers that were provided for those questions will also be displayed.
- Mark as Read/Unread - By marking the inquiry as read/unread you can more easily keep track of which inquiries still need to be followed up on.
- Create a Session - If your client has requested to schedule a booking, you can easily start the booking process by selecting this option. Whichever session type they were looking at when the inquiry was sent will automatically be populated into the session details when it's created.
- Delete the Inquiry - If the inquiry is no longer needed, you are free to delete it from your inquiry list.
Client Inquiry Details
In addition to viewing the client details, the session details, and the questionnaire answers that were provided through the inquiry form, you can also schedule a session directly from the inquiry details screen and you can respond to the inquiry as well.
