If your galleries aren't showing an Add to Cart option here are a couple of reasons that might be happening.
Connect your Stripe account
All Instaproofs accounts are required to be connected with a Stripe account. Stripe is our third party payment processor and an account with them is needed to make your shopping cart option available on your galleries. Here is how to set that up:
- From the main menu click on your name or logo in the upper left corner.
- Click on Account Details and then scroll to the bottom and click on Connect with Stripe.
- Follow the prompts on the next pages to setup and associate your Stripe account with your Instaproofs account.
Once that is setup your shopping cart will appear on your galleries.
On rare occasions Stripe will need to gather additional information from you and your shopping cart will be disabled. To remedy that you can login to your Stripe account and they will let you know what information they need from you. Once that has all been taken care of your shopping cart option will return.
Your cart is turned off for your gallery
Each gallery and gallery type has an Enable Cart option that can be turned on and off. It is on by default when you create a gallery. There are times when you may need to turn that off so if you are expecting a gallery to have a shopping cart but it isn't showing up you might check these settings.
