If you receive an order with a shipping address located outside of your home country, the order can be fulfilled through any of our partner labs that are set up to ship to that country.

How do I set multiple labs up to handle my fulfillment orders?
If you haven't already done it, the first step is to set your account up with a default lab. Once you've got your default lab set up, you can then set additional labs up by following the steps outlined in this tutorial.
How do I switch between labs as I'm fulfilling my orders?
Manual Fulfillment
As you start the fulfillment process there's an option at the top of the page that's labeled Order Fulfillment Through, which has a with a drop down box next to it. From the drop down box you can select the lab you wish to fulfill the order through. After the new lab has been selected, simply go through the rest of the process to fulfill the order as you normally would.
Note: If a lab that you expected to be in the above list is not in the list, please verify that (a) the lab has been setup through the Lab Setup page, (b) all of the products in this order are fulfillable through the lab, and (c) the lab can ship to the address found on this order.
Automatic Fulfillment
If your account is set up to take take advantage of our Auto Fulfillment service, you can simply leave us a note indicating which lab(s) you'd like your international orders to be sent through, and we'll take it from there!
To leave us a note, follow the steps described below:
- Click into the Selling » Lab Fulfillment » Lab Setup page from the main menu.
- Find the area labeled Default Lab Settings, and click the Adjust these Lab Settings button.
- Put the note related to your international orders in the Additional Instructions box.
- Click Save.
If the lab that I select uses a different currency than my own; how will I be charged?
All of your fulfillment orders will charged to your credit card using your selected lab's currency. For example, if the lab you select is a Canadian print lab, your credit card will be charged in $CAD.
