If you are set to have your orders auto fulfilled and would like orders sent to your location rather than directly to your client you can follow these steps to ensure that will happen.
- From the main menu click on Selling » Lab Fulfillment » Lab Setup
- On the right side of the page click on the Adjust These Lab Settings button
- In the Additional Instructions box leave us a note instructing us to make sure that your orders need to be sent to you rather than to your client. Click Save.
This note will be seen by our technicians as they are fulfilling your orders and they will instruct the lab to send the orders to the address you have on file with us. That address is listed on the Account Details page. If you need to adjust that address just click on your name or logo in the upper right side of the main menu and click Account Details. You can change your information on the Company Address section of that page and then click the Update Company Information button at the bottom.
