If your client has an older-model cell phone, they may not be able to download their full gallery to it.
When a full gallery download is requested, our system combines all of the images from the gallery into a large zip file (or into several zip files) and emails a link to download the files to your client. Since some older-model phones and mobile devices don't have a way to process zip files, your clients may not be able to download these types of files to their devices.
Phones purchased after ~2020 should not have any trouble handling zip files, but because full-gallery downloads are often very large, your client's device may not have enough storage space to accommodate the files. Additionally, if your client is trying to download their full gallery using mobile data, their data plans may cap their download speeds or limit the amount of data that can be downloaded during a specific timeframe.
If your client is having difficulty downloading their full gallery to their mobile device, we recommend that they download the images to a standard desktop, or laptop-style, computer instead.
