If the Download All Images button seems to be missing, 95% of the time it's due to a misspelled email address. It could be a misspelling in the permissions area, or it could have been a misspelling on the gallery login screen. Here's how to check for that:
Checking the Permissions Area
- From the main menu, click into Photos » Galleries.
- From the gallery list, click on the name of the gallery.
- Scroll through the preferences until you reach the Permissions area.
- Look very carefully at the email address(s) provided in the full gallery download settings. If there's a spelling error it's probably a small one, and you may miss it if you don't look closely.
Checking the Gallery Visitor Log
- From the main menu, click into Photos » Galleries.
- From the gallery list, click on the number that represents the number of times the gallery has been visited.
- Scroll through the list of collected email addresses and verify that your client logged in using the same email address that you entered into the Permissions area. If there's a spelling error it's probably a small one, and you may miss it if you don't look closely.
The Other 5%
A gallery visitor's permissions can only be determined if email addresses are required to enter the gallery. If you're not requiring email addresses to enter your galleries, our system can't know who your visitors are or what permissions to give them. To enable the "require email" setting, do the following:
- From the main menu, click into Photos » Galleries.
- From the gallery list, click on the name of the gallery.
- Scroll through the preferences until you reach the Access area.
- In the Access area you'll see a setting labeled Require Email. Enable that option.
- Save your changes.
