If your client is having trouble downloading their gallery of free images you can view the list below for possible causes and remedies.
*The 48 hour download time frame has passed.
The full gallery download links only last for 48 hours. If your client has missed that download window they will need to visit their gallery again and click the Download All Images button once more. They will then get a new email with fresh links that will be live for the next 48 hours.
*The download was stopped or corrupted.
There are times when the clients internet service may get interrupted causing the download to stop
or become corrupted. In this situation your client will need to click on the link(s) they were emailed
to start the downloads again.
*My client doesn't see the Download All Images button.
If your client doesn't see the Download All Images button at the top of their gallery it means that they have either logged in with an email address that isn't on the permissions list, their email address hasn't been added to the permissions list or sometimes it means they have mis-typed the email address. You can check your permissions list and make sure their email address is listed and verify with them that they are using that email address.
