When a gallery isn't displaying on your storefront, there are a few things that could be causing it:
Reactivated Galleries

Recently Created Galleries
If this is a recently created gallery you will need to make sure the following items are set correctly in the gallery settings:
- Make sure the Status is set to Allow Visitor Access
- Make sure the Active Days value is set to a number high enough to activate the gallery.
You can view, and update, these settings by doing the following:
- From the main menu click Photos » Galleries.
- Click on the name of your gallery.
- Scroll to the Access section to see (and set) both the Status and Active Days settings.
Other Possibilities
Other things that can cause a gallery not to appear on the storefront include:
The Shoot Date is set for a date in the future and your Gallery Default Filter is set to only display Current Galleries. To resolve this issue you can either change the gallery's Shoot Date to the current date (or to a date in the past), or you can follow the steps below to change the Gallery Default Filter option:
- From the main menu click on Photos » Preferences.
- Click on the Advanced button in the upper right corner.
- In the Homepage section change the Gallery Default Filter option to All Galleries (includes future session dates).
- Click Save.
The Show on Homescreen option has been left unchecked for your gallery. To enable this option follow the steps outlined below:
- From the main menu click on Photos » Galleries.
- Click on the name of your gallery.
- Scroll down to the Access section.
- Check the box for Show On Homescreen.
- Click Save.
