Inviting your clients to view their gallery can be done in a couple of way, including:
Option 1: Get a Link to the Gallery for Sharing
If you'd like to get a link to the gallery for sharing through email, facebook, etc., do the following:
- Navigate to the Photos » Galleries page from the main menu.
- Click on the name of your gallery.
- Click the option labeled Copy Gallery URL.
- Paste the copied URL anywhere you'd like to share it.
OR
- Navigate to the Photos » Galleries page from the main menu.
- Click on the gear icon for the gallery.
- Click the option labeled Copy Gallery URL.
- Paste the copied URL anywhere you'd like to share it.
Option 2: Manually Send a Gallery Invitation Email
To manually send a gallery invitation email to your clients, do the following:
- Navigate to the Photos » Galleries page from the main menu.
- Expand the Visitors menu, and select the Manage Visitor Emails option.
- If it's not already there, add your client's email address to the gallery. Repeat this step as needed for any additional email addresses.
- Once the email addresses have all been added, refresh the page.
- Place a checkmark next to the email addresses you'd like to send an invitation to, and click the Email Selected Visitors... button.
- Verify that the subject and contents of your email are how you'd like everything to be.
- Click the Send Email button to send the email to the previously selected email addresses.
Option 3: Automatically Send Gallery Invitation Emails
To allow the system to automatically send gallery invitation emails for you, do the following as you are creating a new gallery:
- Click the Create New button to begin creating a new gallery.
- Fill in the name, location, shoot type, etc. for the new gallery.
- In the section labeled Activate, select the No - Schedule Future Date option, and select a date for the gallery to be activated on. Note: The activation date should be at least one day in the future.
- Place a checkmark in the Auto-send Invitation Email? checkbox.
- Add your client's email address to the Client Permissions area
- Click the Save button to save your new gallery and to schedule the invitation email to be sent to the email addresses provided during the setup process.
- On the selected activation date, the gallery will automatically become active and your gallery invitation email will be sent to any/all email addresses then associated with the gallery.
Option 4: Send Your Clients to Your Storefront Homepage
If you haven't chosen to hide your galleries from your homepage, a list of your active galleries is available to your clients from your storefront homepage. From there, your clients can click on their gallery and access it in that way.
To view your storefront homepage URL, do the following:
- Click on your name or logo at the top of the menu on the left side of the screen.
- Select the Account Details option.
- The very first item in the list is a URL labeled Storefront URL. This is the URL that you can share with your clients to take them to your storefront homepage.
