When manually sending an order for fulfillment one of the steps that you need to go through is confirming that the selected crops looks good on each of the images before they're sent to the lab for printing. This is generally a manual process, but you can help the process move along as quickly as possible by enabling the "Skip 'Exact Fit' Images" option.
What is an "Exact Fit" Image?
An "Exact Fit" image is an image that either (a) has the same aspect ratio as the selected print size, or (b) has previously had the cropping details saved for it during the fulfillment process.
For example, if your uploaded image is 3600x2400 (a 3:2 ratio image) and the selected print size is either 6x4 or 12x8 (3:2 ratio prints), the system can automatically skip the cropping step for that image and automatically select a full crop for you.
Note: Regardless of whether this setting is enabled or not, you will always be asked to verify the cropping details on images that were custom-cropped by your clients, images with add-ons selected for them, and images being used in bordered lab products (such as canvas wraps).
How do I enable this option?
The option to skip the cropping step is only available on orders containing 6 or more images. If the order is large enough to support this option there will be a checkbox labeled Skip 'Exact Fit' Images displayed under the Save & Next Image button within the cropping page. Place a checkmark in the Skip 'Exact Fit' Images checkbox to enable the option for the rest of your order.
Once the option is enabled, clicking the Save & Next Image button will allow you to automatically skip past the cropping step for any images in the order that are "exact fit" images.
