In situations where you'd like to split an order into multiple orders (for fulfillment purposes, generally), please follow the steps outlined below:
- Navigate to the Selling » Client Orders page.
- Find the order you'd like to split, and click on your client's name.
- On the order details screen, click the Split Into Multiple Orders button that's found below the list of ordered items.
- When prompted, place a checkmark in the boxes found in the Split? column next to any of the items you'd like to move to a new order.
- Click the Split the Order button at the bottom of the page.
- Once the order has been split, the new order containing the split items will be listed in the Selling » Client Orders page.
Note: The original order will keep the cumulative order totals, and the new order's total will be displayed as $0.00.
