If you would like to send reminders to your clients that have added items to their shopping carts but haven't yet checked out you can use the Abandoned Cart Reminder Emails.
***Please note that you can use the instructions below or you can use our new Marketing Automations.
- From the main menu click on Marketing » Preferences.
- Locate the Enable Automatic Cart Reminder Emails option.
- Check the box for each interval (2 days, 4 days and/or 6 days) that you would like reminder emails to be sent for.
If you would like to edit the template for each interval just click on the blue text (1st Reminder, etc.) for that interval.
