Pricing sheets are used to define the pricing for your prints, single image downloads, category downloads, and single-image products & packages. Creating multiple pricing sheets will allow you to charge a different amount for different galleries and/or images.
Creating New Pricing Sheets
A new pricing sheet can be created as follows:
- From the main menu, click Selling » Prices, Shipping, Tax » Pricing Sheets
- Click on the Create New Pricing Sheet button.
- Provide a name to your new pricing sheet, and select whether or not to enabling bulk pricing.
- Fill in any additional details as needed, and then click the Next button to define the pricing.
- Add a price for each of the items you'd like to sell on your storefront, and leave the pricing blank for any items you want to leave off.
- Place a checkmark in the B&W and Sepia columns if you'd like your clients to be able to order prints in these colors through your storefront.
- Click the Save Pricing button to save your changes.
Lab Pricing
At the top of the Pricing page a Display Lab Pricing toggle will be visible to you from this page. Enabling the toggle will allow you to view pricing for the print sizes available through our partner labs. Clicking the Select Auto Pricing button will then allow you to choose a specific markup for your prints, which can work well as a starting point for determining your own print pricing.
Note: If the selected lab doesn't have a direct sizing match to one of your offered print sizes, an "all prices" link is displayed so that you can explore the lab's additional product options.
Editing a Pricing Sheet
To edit an existing pricing sheet, do the following:
- From the main menu, click Selling » Prices, Shipping, Tax » Pricing Sheets
- Click on the name of the pricing sheet you'd like to edit.
- Make any adjustments as needed to the pricing.
- Click the Save Pricing button to save your changes.
Any changes you make to a pricing sheet will immediately be made to all images associated with that pricing sheet.
