Setting your account up to take advantage of our integrated fulfillment services takes just a couple of minutes.
To get started, head into the Selling » Lab Fulfillment » Lab Setup page from the main menu.
From the top of the Lab Setup page, select the lab that you'd like to fulfill your orders through.
After you've selected a lab, select the lab products that you'd like to associate with the purchase options you've already created on your account. Note: The items you select in this step are simply default product selections. You can change your product selections at any time on any individual fulfillment order during the fulfillment process.
Once you've selected the default lab products, save your changes by clicking the Update Product Settings button.
And that's it! You're account is now ready to use our integrated fulfillment services.
Note: Although you've now selected lab product options for a specific lab, that specific lab may not be setup as your default lab. If you'd like to change your default lab, follow the steps outlined in the following article: How do I select a default lab?
Sending Your Orders to the Lab
To send an order through our fulfillment services, you can either enable auto-fulfillment or you can manually send your order by clicking the Begin Fulfillment Process button found at the top of the order details page.
