If there is an issue with the credit card that you have on file with us, please email us at email@example.com. In general, we are happy to extend your subscription for a short time, at no cost to you, while your new card is on its way. By letting us know about the problem early, we can work with you to ensure that there is as little interruption to service as possible.
Once you have received your new card you can then update your card details, by doing the following:
- Click on your name or logo on the upper left side of the main menu.
- From the open menu, click Subscription » Payment Method.
- Scroll down to the Current Payment Method section and add your details there.
- Click Save Payment Changes.
