Once an order has been fulfilled it is no longer displayed in your order list by default. However, you can lookup and view the details of a shipped/fulfilled order by following these steps:
- From the main menu, click Selling » Orders.
- Click the box next to Showing Data For (this box says Open Orders by default), then click on the Order Status box.
- Select either All Orders or Shipped Orders.
- If you know the last name of the person that placed the order, you can also provide their name in the search box to filter the results further.
- Click the Apply button to refresh the order list.
- After the order list has refreshed, click on your customer's name to view the details of their order.
