As the owner of the account, the responsibility of collecting and reporting sales tax for the orders you receive through your Instaproofs account is yours.
Sales tax is collected according to your specifications and then sent to you with your regular payments. You may want to consult with a tax professional in your area to determine when and where these tax payments should be made.

To view a report showing the amount of sales tax you have collected, do the following:
- From the main menu click on Reports » Monthly Sales.
- Select a Date Range (and other parameters you'd like) in the Showing Data For: section.
- Click Apply.
The Monthly Sales Report will then refresh to display the information for your desired timeframe. You can download a spreadsheet containing this same information through the Download Excel Spreadsheet button found in the lower right corner of the report.
If you'd like to view a breakdown of the order totals (including the sales tax collected), broken down into the individual cities/states that the orders were shipped to, view the Reports » City Summary page instead.
