A pricing sheet can be associated with an entire gallery or with specific images within the gallery. See below for instructions on how to change the pricing sheet on either of these items.
Full Gallery Pricing Sheet Change
The steps for changing the pricing sheet for all of the images within a gallery are as follows:
- From the main menu click on Photos » Galleries.
- Click on the name of your gallery, or click the gear icon and then click Edit Gallery Settings.
- Scroll down to the Shopping Cart section within the preferences.
- Click the down arrow on the droplist next to the Change Pricing label, and choose your desired pricing sheet.
- Click the Save button.
Individual Image Pricing Sheet Change
To change the pricing sheet selection on just a few specific images, do the following:
- From the main menu click on Photos » Galleries.
- From the galleries page click Photos » Manage Categories.
Once you are on the categories page, follow these steps:
- Click the View Photos button for the category containing your images.
- Click on the specific image(s) you want to change or click Select All at the top right if you need to price all of the images in this category.
- Click the Actions drop down list and select the Change Pricing option.
- Select your desired pricing sheet.
- Click the Save button.
