Our system allows you to quickly send emails to your prior gallery visitors through our Bulk Email functionality. However, in order to ensure that the emails are only being sent to those who may want to receive them, the following conditions must be met:
- The emails must be related to the galleries that your visitors have previously visited.
- The galleries must be active, with their statuses set to "Allow Visitor Access."
- The galleries must have been activated less than two years ago OR the email addresses must have been used to access the galleries sometime within the past 13 months.
- Your visitors must not have unsubscribed from your emails.
These couple of basic requirements are in place to help keep spam and bounced email counts low, and to prevent our system from being abused. Additionally, since high spam rates can negatively affect the deliverability of all emails sent from our system, this policy also helps ensure that our emails will continue to be successfully delivered to the inboxes of those they are sent to.
