You can customize the displayed time and duration text that your clients see when they're booking a session.
This feature is particularly useful for sessions that have a flexible schedule or for events where you prefer to provide alternative time and duration information instead of the default values.
For instance, if you are organizing a workshop, you may want to replace the default button text, which might show "10 AM" for each available workshop spot, with "Reserve Your Spot" to make it more inviting.
It's important to note that adjusting these settings will not affect the actual times or durations of your sessions. Instead, they solely modify the text that's visible to your clients.
To modify your text just head to your Booking Sessions page, click on the name of the session you want to edit, scroll towards the bottom and click the Modify the Session Details button.
In this area you can modify these options:
Booking Spot Button Text
By default, your booking spots on the website show the exact time when a session is set to start, such as 10:30 AM.
However, there are cases where you may have sessions with flexible or loosely scheduled times, or perhaps you're hosting a workshop where specifying a time is not relevant. In such situations, you have the option to customize the displayed text.
Here are a few examples of alternative text options you can use: Schedule Your Spot, Schedule Session, Book Your Spot, Make Reservation, Join Workshop, etc.
Session Time In Other Areas
In addition to appearing on the booking buttons, the session time is also displayed in follow-up screens and emails related to the booked session.
If you wish to customize or hide the text representing the session time in other sections of the website, you can make that selection here.
For instance, if you are scheduling a session that starts at twilight, you may prefer to use "Twilight" as the session start time instead of a specific time like "7:00 PM."
Session Duration
Just like customizing the session time text, there are instances where customizing the text representing the session's duration can be beneficial.
For instance, if you are photographing a wedding that could last for a maximum of 4 hours, you may prefer to display the duration as "Up to 4 Hours" instead of a fixed time. Alternatively, if you're organizing a multi-day workshop from 10 AM to 3 PM, you might want the duration text to indicate "4 Days, 10 AM - 3 PM."
Once you have made your adjustments just click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
