A promo print is a custom 4x6 image that can be included in each of your lab-fulfilled orders.
To add a promo print from the main menu click on Selling >> Lab Fulfillment >> Promotional Print
Your promo print can act as an advertisement for your business or it can simply be a "thank you" note to your clients for their purchases. Many photographers choose to include contact information, upcoming discounted session dates, and other similar types of information.
Requirements:
- The image must have an sRGB colorspace (not Adobe RGB or ProPhoto RGB, for example).
- The image must be a JPG image.
- The size must be exactly 1200x1800 (4x6 @ 300dpi).
- The image cannot be larger than 8MB.
The promo print can be added to your fulfillment orders during the Review Order section while fulfilling the order. If you use Auto Fulfillment you can choose that option when choosing the settings for Auto Fulfillment.
